Gross pay before taxes: $2301.00
Taxable per week: $1188.00
Non-taxable stipend per week: $1113.00
Shift: Days/Nights
Shift length: 3x12
Assignment length: 13 Weeks
Required:
- RN License: Arizona or Compact
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- No candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will be considered - please include a copy in submission
- Minimum 2 years of current Cardiac Med Surg experience - REQUIRED
- Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross and active upon and INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - REQUIRED
- No Nursys Hits - REQUIRED
- Banner will not approve RTO within the first two weeks or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days.
- FLU vaccination - REQUIRED **Please add vaccination status in the submission notes**
